How to install chicken manure removal machine with Scraper

Automatic Chicken Manure removal machine is usually equipped with scrapers, and Cycloid gear 

motor of speed ratio of 59: 1. The width of the scraper can be customized (0.5M-4M can be). 

Common width for layer can be1.5 m, 1.75 m or 1.95 m,  Broiler being 2.2 m, 2.5 m or 3m or 3.4 m 

and 4 m in width. Manure Length can be within 150 meters. Manure scraper effectively solve the 

labor problem in chicken farm.

Here are steps for installation of Automatic chicken manure removal machine:

1.Manure Slot:

The depth of Manure slot was designed to in a slop shape: the deep side should be a place for gear 

motor with the depth of 30-35 cm, and the other end can be 16-18 cm in depth. So it is easy for 

water to flow out of chicken house.

2. Gear Motor

Main gear motor should be placed into a 1 x0.7m deep square pit, and then make concrete solid 

groun. After cementing, the cement ground should be 12-13 cm lower than the normal ground. 

It is best for farmers to put pre-embedded iron to fasten the gear motor, or use large expansion 

screws.

3. Corner wheels

The Installation of corner wheel must be noted that, rope edge of the wheel is the center, instead of

wheel shaft. If the center is wrong, manure scraper will run unstably. wheel shaft should be embedded

by cement, and wheel shaft can be 4 cm higher than cement stand. Corner wheel is 20 cm higher than

manure slot ground, while cement stand is 60 * 60cm in size.

4.install ropes to gear motor.

It is the most easy way to install the ropes to gear motor. After than, firmly fasten the end of ropes to 

manure scraper.

5. Tighten rope

The process of tightening rope should ask for 2 persons: one person pull the rope, while the other 

person swith on control box. The host can tighten the rope.
